Emily Fairbairn

Growing up, Emily has always been passionate about her faith in God and the Performing Arts. Whilst teaching in Sunday Schools and Beach Missions Emily discovered the benefits of the using Dramatic Arts in teaching. Not only can the Dramatic Arts be used to present a passage of Scripture to an audience but the process of creating dramatic work can open up discussion points, force alternate perspectives to be assessed and ultimately give a deeper understanding of the passage. Since studying a Bachelor of Music (Theatre) at AIM, Emily spends her time teaching Performing Arts to kids throughout the Blue Mountains, igniting their confidence, passion and imaginations.
