This exhibition has been cancelled for 2020. Please stay tuned!

Zenos Media will be partnering with Baptist Churches of NSW/ACT to bring an exhibition of works to their annual meeting, The Gathering, in May 2020. We are currently seeking visual artists and photographers to contribute works. If you are an artist or photographer (professional or hobbyist) and belong to a Baptist Church in NSW/ACT or an affiliated group (Morling College, Global Interaction, Baptist World Aid etc.) we would love to hear from you! Please get in contact using the initial application form below.

Youth groups and children’s ministries can also contribute by encouraging your budding artists to explore the theme in a visual way, either individually or as a group. We will also be accepting outstanding works from children, youth and groups.

What’s involved?

Theme – Saved, Called, Sent.

The exhibition focusses on the key theme – “Saved, Called, Sent” and is based on Matthew 28:19-23: Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commended you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

It will be the intention of the exhibition to show the extraordinary mission-shaped movement of God across Baptist churches and affiliated groups.

Artists are encouraged to create works which reflect this theme. This may include:

  • Representation of the passage or key words in the passage or theme.
  • Expression of what being saved, called and sent means in your particular church setting, or in your personal experience.
